Walker's Shortbread Inc. uses its preferred carrier FedEx to ship packages to you. Shipping costs are determined by the total monetary value of your card. Orders over $75 ship free via FedEx Home Delivery.

FEDEX GROUND AND HOME DELIVERY

We will make every effort to process all orders placed by 11:59 pm EST the following business day. FedEx delivery dates are estimated, out of Walker's control and not guaranteed. You may expect your package to be delivered using the following guidelines:

  • NY Tri-State Area: 1-2 business days
  • East/South:  2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West coast: 5-6 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery:  5-6 business days
FedEx Ground Economy

FedEx Ground Economy is a residential service provided by FedEx with the final delivery fulfilled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We will ship via FedEx Ground Economy to all P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations. It can take up to 10 business days for delivery.

FedEx 2 Day Delivery

All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day and then delivered in 2 business days from then.

Inclement Weather Conditions

Walker's shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Shipping Information

Walker's Shortbread ships all orders from Long Island, New York (11788). We are unable to ship packages to international locations. If you place an order and wish to change a delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-521-0141 or at cs@walkersshortbread.com. We will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, packages which have shipped cannot be changed.

    I will be 60 in a few weeks & I still remember the first piece of Walker's Shortbread I ever ate. My grandmother gave it to me with my very first cup of grown-up tea (meaning NOT mostly milk & sugar!!!) Nothing has changed. Walker's really is the most divinely scrummy addition to my afternoon tea tray to be found!!! Thank you so much for remaining a perfect reminder of my childhood.

    Of course I highly recommend these delicious cookies! I think my favorite may be the chocolate chip shortbread cookies, but all the shortbreads are delicious. So are the chocolate Scotty dogs! I gave out a couple packs of the Scotty dogs and some some of the vanilla shortbreads, and I ended up not getting any of the vanilla ones myself! I'll have to watch that next time! Thank you for your delicious website!
