Vanilla Pudding

Walker's presents a perfect spring or summer dessert: Vanilla Pudding

Dive into our delightful dessert adorned with all-butter Shortbread Thistle Rounds for a pudding experience like no other!


Vanilla pudding mix

2 cups of milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 Tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 cups of chopped strawberries


Place 6 cookies in a medium bowl. Break the shortbread into small chunks by breaking and gently crushing with a spoon.

Mix the vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes

Chop strawberries into smaller pieces, and save a couple of additional strawberries for a garnish.

Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.

In a dessert cup, layer the crumbled shortbread cookies on the bottom of the cup. Next, place a couple of spoonful's of chopped strawberries. Top with a layer of vanilla pudding and add a spoonful of whipped cream to the top. Garnish with a whole Thistle Shortbread Round and a whole strawberry.
