Ingredients

2 boxes of Walker’s Shortbread Highlanders

⅔ cups dark chocolate

18 peanut butter cups

Edible candy eyes

Method

Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between intervals until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate into a disposable piping bag.

Cut a small tip from the piping bag and pipe chocolate 'legs' for each spider. Position a peanut butter cup on top of the spider's body.

Attach two candy eyes to each spider using the remaining melted chocolate.

Allow the chocolate to set before serving (you can refrigerate the cookies to speed up the setting process).
