Ingredients
Walker's Mini Scottie Dog Shortbread Cookies
1 lb Fresh Strawberries
1 Angel Food Cake cubed
2 8oz. Tubs Cool Whip Or Whipped Cream if Preferred
1/3 cup Sugar
Sprinkles, Frosting for Scottie Dog Cookies
Method
Cube Angel Food Cake and Set aside
Slice strawberries, in bowl coat with sugar - refrigerate at least 30 minutes -tossing a couple times
Decorate your Walker's Mini Scottie Dog Cookies
When strawberries are ready -drain juice into separate container
Begin to layer Trifle placing your strawberries at the bottom followed by a thin layer of whipped cream.
Line up your Scottie Dog Cookies around your trifle dish on top of the whip cream layer.
Add your angels food cake using it to keep your Scottie’s dog cookies in place.
Repeat layers, when finished layering add your decorated Walkers Scottie Dog Cookies as the topper!
