Mini Scottie Dog S'mores Bark
Ingredients
2 cups milk or dark chocolate chips (or a mix)
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
Method
Melt the Chocolate:
Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Spread the Base:
Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly (about 1/4" thick).
Swirl the Fluff:
Add dollops of marshmallow fluff and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
Sprinkle & Press:
Top with mini marshmallows and crushed shortbread fingers.
Add Scotty Dogs:
Press whole Scotty Dog cookies into the bark, spaced out.
Chill:
Freeze for 30 minutes or until fully set.
Break & Serve:
Break into pieces (make sure each one gets a pup!) and enjoy.
