Ingredients
1 banana, peeled and split lengthwise
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
1 scoop strawberry ice cream
2 tbsp chocolate sauce
1/4 cup whipped cream
1 maraschino cherry
1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
4-5 Walker's Mini Shortbread Scottie Dogs
1/2 cup milk, for dipping
Directions
Place the split banana in a banana split dish or shallow bowl.
Add one scoop each of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream between the banana halves.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Pipe or spoon whipped cream over the ice cream.
Top with sprinkles and a maraschino cherry.
Gently tuck Walker's Mini Shortbread Scottie Dogs into the ice cream and whipped cream so they stand upright.
Serve immediately.
