Each sip delivers a smooth, chocolatey caramel flavor with just the right crunch from Walker’s Milk Chocolate & Salted Caramel Shortbread. Finished with a swirl of whipped cream, a sprinkle of shortbread crumbs, and an irresistible caramel drizzle, it’s the ultimate indulgence for any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

1½ cups whole milk (or milk of choice)

2 cups high-quality vanilla ice cream

1 Tbsp (or more) caramel sauce

Whipped cream, for topping

Extra shortbread pieces or crumbs, for garnish

Method

Warm about 1 Tbsp of caramel sauce (in microwave or over low heat) until it’s runny but not too thin.

Drizzle it down the inside walls of the serving glasses (rotate as you drizzle so it lines the glass nicely).

In your blender, combine the milk, vanilla ice cream, and the broken shortbread pieces and blend until smooth and creamy.

Optional: reserve a few small pieces of shortbread and pulse them in at the end for some texture (so you still get little crunchy bits).

Pour the blended shake mixture into the prepared glasses (with the caramel-lined interior).

Top with whipped cream and finish with shortbread crumbs or a small shortbread piece on top.
