Gluten Free Chocolate Pie
If you’re craving something rich, chocolatey, and easy to make, this one’s for you. Made with Walker's Gluten Free Shortbread Rounds, this pie is buttery, creamy, and totally irresistible. Bonus: no oven needed! In partnership with @celiacwithkayla
Ingredients
6 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp sugar
1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
1.5 cups whole milk
1 tub whipped topping
Method
Mix together crushed Walker's Shortbread Gluten Free Shortbread Rounds, butter, and sugar. Press mixture into a pie tin and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour before filling.
Make instant pudding mix with whole milk, and let sit in the fridge for 5 minutes (do not skip this part!). Fold in half of the tub of whipped topping, and add the mixture into your pie crust.
Add the rest of the whipped topping to the top of the pie, add chocolate shavings (optional), and let it set in the fridge overnight (or in the freezer for a couple hours). Cut and enjoy!
