Coquitos Fingers

Move over, Eggnog! Try making Coquitos instead this year. Originating in Puerto Rico, Coquitos are creamy, coconutty and delicious. And Walker’s Shortbread Fingers make the perfect stir stick for this new holiday favorite.

Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk

1 can cream of coconut

1 can coconut milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk

½ teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1.5 cups rum of choice

Method

In a blender add evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, vanilla, run and cinnamon and blend until well combined.

Put the Coquitos mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours so flavors combine.

When ready to serve, mix well and add a dash of nutmeg and a Walker's Shortbread Finger to each glass.
