UK Blooming Scottie Dog Bites
A charming addition to your spring table. These Blooming Scottie Dog treats featuring Walker’s all-butter Shortbread Scottie Dogs are perfect for baking with friends or little ones.
Ingredients
20 regular Walker's Shortbread Scottie Dog cookies, crushed
1 (2.1 oz) chocolate instant pudding
1.5 cups cold milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Mini Walker's Scottie Dog Shortbread cookies for garnish
Fresh mint leaves and raspberries for garnish
Method
Crush the regular Scottie cookies into coarse crumbs.
In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for about 1 minute.
In another bowl, whip 1/2 cup heavy cream to soft peaks.
Fold whipped cream into the pudding.
Assemble cups: Layer pudding and cookie crumbs. Repeat once.

Garnish with: 1 mini Scottie cookie, small mint spring and, raspberries.
Chill 30–60 minutes before serving.
