Walker's Shortbread Inc. uses its preferred carrier FedEx to ship packages to you. Shipping costs are determined by the total monetary value of your card. Orders over $75 ship free via FedEx Home Delivery.

FEDEX GROUND AND HOME DELIVERY

We will make every effort to process all orders placed by 11:59 pm EST the following business day. FedEx delivery dates are estimated, out of Walker's control and not guaranteed. You may expect your package to be delivered using the following guidelines:

  • NY Tri-State Area: 1-2 business days
  • East/South:  2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West coast: 5-6 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery:  5-6 business days
FedEx Ground Economy

FedEx Ground Economy is a residential service provided by FedEx with the final delivery fulfilled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We will ship via FedEx Ground Economy to all P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations. It can take up to 10 business days for delivery.

FedEx 2 Day Delivery

All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day and then delivered in 2 business days from then.

Inclement Weather Conditions

Walker's shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Shipping Information

Walker's Shortbread ships all orders from Long Island, New York (11788). We are unable to ship packages to international locations. If you place an order and wish to change a delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-521-0141 or at cs@walkersshortbread.com. We will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, packages which have shipped cannot be changed.

    I purchased these as part of a favor for a baby shower as new mother (and others in family) enjoy Walker shortbread products. However these were an extra purchase as I had already bought other Walker products but when I saw the thistles on the packaging, I wanted these because new mom had had thistles in her bridal bouquet. I was disappointed to find the thistles only on outer packaging that the 2 pack rounds came in. The cookies themselves do not appear to have the thistles on them. No one will know this but me and I am sure they will be enjoyed by those that receive them but I wanted the tie in of the thistles
