Walker's Shortbread Inc. uses its preferred carrier FedEx to ship packages to you. Shipping costs are determined by the total monetary value of your card. Orders over $75 ship free via FedEx Home Delivery.

FEDEX GROUND AND HOME DELIVERY

We will make every effort to process all orders placed by 11:59 pm EST the following business day. FedEx delivery dates are estimated, out of Walker's control and not guaranteed. You may expect your package to be delivered using the following guidelines:

  • NY Tri-State Area: 1-2 business days
  • East/South:  2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West coast: 5-6 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery:  5-6 business days
FedEx Ground Economy

FedEx Ground Economy is a residential service provided by FedEx with the final delivery fulfilled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We will ship via FedEx Ground Economy to all P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations. It can take up to 10 business days for delivery.

FedEx 2 Day Delivery

All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day and then delivered in 2 business days from then.

Inclement Weather Conditions

Walker's shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Shipping Information

Walker's Shortbread ships all orders from Long Island, New York (11788). We are unable to ship packages to international locations. If you place an order and wish to change a delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-521-0141 or at cs@walkersshortbread.com. We will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, packages which have shipped cannot be changed.

    By getting these biscuits/cookies in packets of 2 I am not as temped to much more than I should with a cup of tea or coffee. They are the best treat and I feel good about offering a packet to a guest, or what I do do put a few in the glove compartment of the car so when we suddenly decide to go to the park with a mug of tea there is also a treat. Perfect for a picnic lunch/ or packing in a lunch sack! The best flavor, the right crunch and a wonderful value to get quality over quantity!

    I LOVE Walkers shortbread. It tastes better than any others I have tried. I like the 2 cookies package as it helps me to limit how many I eat!! I was a little disappointed that so many of the cookies were broken or in crumbs from the shipping, but I am sure I will buy more!

    These are so delicious and large enough to satisfy your craving for delicious cookies that are not overwhelmingly sweet!!! My grandchildren loved them too!
