FEDEX GROUND AND HOME DELIVERY

We will make every effort to process all orders placed by 11:59 pm EST the following business day. FedEx delivery dates are estimated, out of Walker's control and not guaranteed. You may expect your package to be delivered using the following guidelines:

  • NY Tri-State Area: 1-2 business days
  • East/South:  2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West coast: 5-6 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery:  5-6 business days
FedEx Ground Economy

FedEx Ground Economy is a residential service provided by FedEx with the final delivery fulfilled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We will ship via FedEx Ground Economy to all P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations. It can take up to 10 business days for delivery.

FedEx 2 Day Delivery

All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day and then delivered in 2 business days from then.

Inclement Weather Conditions

Walker's shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Shipping Information

Walker's Shortbread ships all orders from Long Island, New York (11788). We are unable to ship packages to international locations. If you place an order and wish to change a delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-521-0141 or at cs@walkersshortbread.com. We will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, packages which have shipped cannot be changed.

    This is definitely my trustworthy go to, (though I love the Highlanders as well), and they're great with tea/coffee! I get them in 2-packs as it doesn't tempt me to grab more at a time, and I like that I get to keep the rest fresh/unopened. Also, the packing was really great, I could tell they put care into packing, and as a result not one biscuit was harmed in the shipping. Last, I'm really happy that the customer service took care of a hiccup involving my order promptly. Tl;dr: Definitely recommend to order from website!

    I love these two pack fingers because it helps me ration my intake of your fabulous shortbread.I try to just have one pack a day, but sometimes I can't resist a second!
