Walker's Shortbread Inc. uses its preferred carrier FedEx to ship packages to you. Shipping costs are determined by the total monetary value of your card. Orders over $75 ship free via FedEx Home Delivery.

FEDEX GROUND AND HOME DELIVERY

We will make every effort to process all orders placed by 11:59 pm EST the following business day. FedEx delivery dates are estimated, out of Walker's control and not guaranteed. You may expect your package to be delivered using the following guidelines:

  • NY Tri-State Area: 1-2 business days
  • East/South:  2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West coast: 5-6 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery:  5-6 business days
FedEx Ground Economy

FedEx Ground Economy is a residential service provided by FedEx with the final delivery fulfilled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We will ship via FedEx Ground Economy to all P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations. It can take up to 10 business days for delivery.

FedEx 2 Day Delivery

All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day and then delivered in 2 business days from then.

Inclement Weather Conditions

Walker's shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Shipping Information

Walker's Shortbread ships all orders from Long Island, New York (11788). We are unable to ship packages to international locations. If you place an order and wish to change a delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-521-0141 or at cs@walkersshortbread.com. We will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, packages which have shipped cannot be changed.

    We were worried that buying in bulk might mean a loss of freshness, but our order of shortbread fingers came in sealed, airtight packages of two each. They are fresh and delicious. Our whole family loves them. Also, they are every bit as good as my Grandmother's shortbread which I enjoyed growing up as a child in Dundee, Scotland.

    Through the years I have never liked shortbread cookies mostly because they contained nuts. This year I received a gift basket with 2 packs of Shortbread Finger cookies. They sat around waiting for me to make tea. One day I thought, "Well, I better eat these things." OH-MY-GOSH were they DELICIOUS!!! I could not place my online order fast enough and watched the calendar for the day the delivery would arrive! I ordered 150 of the 1 oz packs because they stay fresh, are easily tossed into my purse, I share them with others which is easy since they are single serving packs, and the packaging keeps me from eating 8 in one sitting! I will be a lifelong customer of Walkers now that the secret is out...BEST COOKIE EVER!
