Reviews for Scottie Dog Shortbread Tin
I look forward to the Scotty Tins every year! It wouldnt be Christmas without these on our table.
I come from Scotland and this shortbread is the best of the best!
These fabulous shortbread treats were a birthday gift for a friend who is a dog lover and owns two pooches. He loved his gift although he did comment that the chocolate biscuits could have been more "chocolate-ier!" Outside of that, he was thrilled. I got a kick out of telling him, "You're only 21 in Dog Years!"
So, I was slightly tipsy during a Zoom Happy Hour when I decided I REALLY wanted some shortbread. Apparently, my resolution to this "problem" was ordering every animal-themed item on Walkers website if the box that arrived on my doorstep a few days later was any indication. The box included a variety of items, including the Scottie Dog Shortbread Tin. I haven't yet broken into the tin. (It is going to take a while before I work my way through all the shortbread I bought!) But the tin is adorable. Walkers is a longtime favorite of mine and this order did not disappoint.
I love Scotties and Westies and already had several Walker's tins decorated with one or both breeds. Of course, I had to add this one to my collection. And don't get me started on the Scottie Dog Shortbread, combining two of my favorite things: Walker's shortbread and Scottie shapes! Although I purchased mine for myself, this tin (and the shortbread) would make a really nice hostess gift.
