FEDEX GROUND AND HOME DELIVERY

We will make every effort to process all orders placed by 11:59 pm EST the following business day. FedEx delivery dates are estimated, out of Walker's control and not guaranteed. You may expect your package to be delivered using the following guidelines:

  • NY Tri-State Area: 1-2 business days
  • East/South:  2-3 business days
  • Midwest: 3-4 business days
  • West coast: 5-6 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii delivery:  5-6 business days
FedEx Ground Economy

FedEx Ground Economy is a residential service provided by FedEx with the final delivery fulfilled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We will ship via FedEx Ground Economy to all P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations. It can take up to 10 business days for delivery.

FedEx 2 Day Delivery

All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day and then delivered in 2 business days from then.

Inclement Weather Conditions

Walker's shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Shipping Information

Walker's Shortbread ships all orders from Long Island, New York (11788). We are unable to ship packages to international locations. We will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, packages which have shipped cannot be changed.

    I made many bags of gifts with thkis product but disappointed in Quanity...not Quality as I have had many hours of enjoying the shortbreads. I was first introduced as a birthday gift in July. I have been expounding on the great taste to many. Getting back to quanity. I found a new bag info should now be used...it states 35 but there is only 31. With four bags to give to 7 recipients I thoughtt 20 for each but was not the count. They received just 17, of course I ate the five extra ones...LOL.I am still a fan for these cookies. My two orders were large as these are my favorites.

    Convient one byte size and bag amount is good for four cups of coffee or tea. THe hard part is stopping before the bag is empty!

    These are very-very delicious. Since these are smaller,I hope my husband doesn't try to finish the whole bag.
