- 10 ounces heavy cream
- 4 tbsp. Macallan Single Malt Whisky
- 6 tbsp. marmalade
- 1 ounce powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 ounces Walkers Shortbread Highlanders, crumbled
Whip the heavy cream until it is softly stiff.
Combine Macallan Whisky, marmalade, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the mixture to the whipped cream while whisking gently. Continue whisking until cream stands in soft peaks. Do not overwhip.
Stir in Highlander crumbs, pour into small glasses and serve.
