  • Walkers Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Cookies
  • 1 Tablespoon Salted Caramel, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 6 oz. Hot Espresso (Regular Strong Coffee works too!)

Method

Put the caramel sauce in the bottom of a glass or coffee mug.

Add a Walkers Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chunk Shortbread cookie to the bottom of the glass or coffee mug.

Add a scoop (or two!) of vanilla ice cream.

Pour your hot espresso over the ice cream.
