Walkers Shortbread Inc. uses its preferred carrier FedEx to ship packages to you. Shipping rates billed to you are based on the rates charged by FedEx.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Time in Transit
FedEx Ground and Home Delivery
All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day. FedEx Home Delivery delivery dates are estimated, depending on the day of the week the order has been processed and other factors which may be out of Walkers' control. You may expect your package to be delivered using the following guidelines:
- NY Tri-State Area: 1-2 business days
- East/South: 2-3 business days
- Midwest: 3-4 business days
- West coast: 5-6 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii delivery: 5-6 business days
FedEx Smart Post
FedEx Smart Post is a residential service provided by FedEx with the final delivery fulfilled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). FedEx Smart Post is available for residential destinations in the 50 U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations. You are unable to request a specific delivery date with this option and it can take up to 10 business days for delivery. However, this is a less costly option when your delivery needs are less time-sensitive.
FedEx 2 Day Delivery
All orders placed by 11:59 pm EST shall be processed the following business day and delivered in 2 business days.
Inclement Weather Conditions
Walkers shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
Alaska and Hawaii
Walkers offers Fed Ex Ground, Home Delivery, Smart Post and 2 Day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize, orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free ground shipping offers including orders over $39 or with a promotion code.
Fed Ex delivers Monday through Friday. As such, delivery on Saturday or Sunday is not available, with the exception of orders shipping via FedEx Smart Post which are possible to be delivered by USPS on the weekend.
Walkers Shortbread ships all orders from Long Island, New York (11788) and only to locations within the 50 United States. We are unable to ship packages to international locations.
All orders must have a street address. If you wish to ship to APO/FPO military addresses, please choose FedEx Smart Post as your shipping option.
If you place an order and wish to change a delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-521-0141 or at email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, packages which have shipped cannot be changed.
You will receive Free Shipping if your order includes at least $39.00 of merchandise, after all discounts have been applied. If shipping to multiple addresses, each package must meet this threshold to receive the free ground shipping. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free ground shipping. Orders shipping 2 Day are not eligible for free ground shipping.
