Walnut Crumb Goat's Cheese & Fig Oat Crackers


2.6 oz. Walnuts
12 Walkers Fine Oat Crackers
2 logs goat's cheese, weighing 4.4 oz. each
3 T honey
4 baby or small figs, quartered
2 sprigs thyme, to garnish


  • Chop the walnuts by hand or pulse in blender until the walnuts are a coarse crumb texture.
  • Tip the walnuts onto a plate.
  • Roll the goat's cheese logs in the walnuts until evenly covered. Place on a chopping board; slice each log into 6 even rounds and then place each slice onto an oat cracker.
  • To serve, top each oat cracker with a fig quarter, a drizzle of honey and a thyme leaf.
