Gingerbread Men Cookie Shot Glasses


  • 3 (4.4 ounce) packages of Walkers Gingerbread Men
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 10 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4.5 ounces of white chocolate (half bag)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 6 ounces of eggnog
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)​


  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Using a food processor or a plastic bag with a rolling pin, crush Walkers Gingerbread Men Cookies until very fine crumbs.
  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl
  • Add sugar and melted butter. Stir until combined. If it is too dry, add more butter. If it is too wet, add more crumbs.
  • Add mixture into a silicone shot glass mold, compacting the crumbs. Flatten out the top, this will be what makes the final product stand up straight.
  • Bake for 7 minutes.
  • Let cool. Once cooled, freeze for at least 15 minutes. (They are easier to work with when chilled)
  • Once frozen, melt white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave.
  • Remove from mold, pour the white chocolate into them to coax the sides with white chocolate, pour out excess chocolate.
  • Place in fridge for chocolate to harden.
  • Once the chocolate is set, add eggnog and sprinkle with cinnamon for a garnish.

Yield: 8 cookie shot glasses
