Affogato with Salted Caramel Chocolate Crunch

INGREDIENTS

  • Walkers Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Cookies
  • 1 Tablespoon Salted Caramel, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 6 oz. Hot Espresso (Regular Strong Coffee works too!)

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the caramel sauce in the bottom of a glass or coffee mug.
  • Add a Walkers Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chunk Shortbread cookie to the bottom of the glass or coffee mug.
  • Add a scoop (or two!) of vanilla ice cream.
  • Pour your hot espresso over the ice cream.
  • Top with a Walkers Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Cookie.
  • Drizzle with salted Caramel.
