Walkers Shortbread Holiday Treats

1 box of Walkers Shortbread Triangles or Fingers
1 cup peanut butter
1 container vanilla frosting
1 small package of sweetened coconut flakes
1 small package of holiday M&Ms
Arrange one-half box of Walkers Shortbread cookies onto a serving plate. Spread peanut butter on top of each individual cookie. Top each peanut-butter covered cookie with remaining cookies.
Frost each cookie with vanilla frosting. Sprinkle with sweetened coconut flakes. Garnish with holiday colored M&Ms.
