Walkers Shortbread Rounds
DirectionsPreheat the broiler, arrange the marshmallows on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil; turning often, until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Arrange the toasted marshmallows on the flat side of the Walkers Shortbread Rounds, and put another round, flat side down on top of the marshmallow to make a sandwich. Eat right away.
Variation: spread one of the flat sides of the cookies with Nutella before sandwiching it with the hot marshmallow.
