Dirt Flower Pot Cake

From icancookthat.org
Ingredients
(serves 8, or makes 4 small flower pots)
1 package of Oreos
2 graham crackers (optional)
2 packs of instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
3 cups milk
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz whipped topping
1 box of Walkers Scottie Dog Shortbread Cookies (Chocolate or Original)
Gummy worms (optional)
For decoration (optional):
small flower pots (I used 6 inch pots)
organic flowers, or fake flowers
straws
Directions
Crush the Oreo cookies in either a large ziplock bag using a rolling pin or in a food processor. Add to a large bowl and reserve. If you’d like, you can add some graham crackers to add a lighter dirt color. I removed all but 2 cups of the Oreo crumbs from the food processor and added 2 graham crackers, pulsing to combine. This lighter mixture will be my top layer.
Add the pudding packs and confectioners sugar to a large bowl and mix to combine. Add the milk and whisk for 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and whipped topping and whisk until fully combined. The mixture will get light and fluffy.
Now you’re ready to assemble! If using a flower pot, fill the draining hole at the bottom with cookie pieces. Fill the bottom with cookie crumbs. Measure a straw to be about an inch below the top of the flower pot. Add the cut straw to the middle of the pot and surround with a layer of the pudding mixture. Add an organic flower to the straw and continue to fill the pot with the layers until you reach the top. Use the graham cracker-Oreo mixture as the top layer.
Add the gummy worms in before your final layer of pudding. Top with the graham cracker-Oreo mixture. Add the Scottie dog cookies as either sniffing around or trying to dig up the flowers.
Serve.
