Walkers Shortbread is pleased to introduce a line of Certified Gluten Free Shortbread with three NEW Items: Shortbread Rounds, Ginger & Lemon Shortbread and Chocolate Chip Shortbread.
In the Walkers recipe, wheat flour is replaced by a blend of rice flour, maize flour, and potato starch. The gluten free shortbreads contain the same butter and sugar content as the regular shortbreads, and as is Walkers custom, they contain no artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives.

GLUTEN FREE CERTIFICATION
All the Walkers Gluten Free shortbreads are Certified Gluten Free by the UK Coeliac Society. Each also meets the FDA standard for gluten free food, which is to have less than 20 parts per million of gluten. Every batch is tested to ensure compliance before being released.
Coeliac UK is the oldest and largest coeliac disease charity in the world and has worked for people with coeliac disease since 1968. Walkers Shortbread has been granted a license by Coeliac UK to use the Crossed-Grain symbol, in recognition of its certified status as a baker of gluten-free shortbread.
