These honey-glazed figs are balanced by creamy goat cheese in this fun and easy vegetarian hors d’oeuvre. To make these Fig and Walnut Crumb Goat Cheese Oat Crackers with Honey, you only need a handful of ingredients.   • 2.6 oz. Walnuts
  • 12 Walkers Highland Oat Crackers
  • 2 logs goat's cheese, weighing 4.4 oz. each
  • 3 T honey
  • 4 baby or small figs, quartered
  • 2 sprigs thyme, to garnish
Walnut Crumb Goat’s Cheese & Fig Oat Crackers


Chop the walnuts by hand or pulse in blender until the walnuts are a coarse crumb texture.
Tip the walnuts onto a plate.
Roll the goat's cheese logs in the walnuts until evenly covered. Place on a chopping board; slice each log into 6 even rounds and then place each slice onto an oat cracker.
To serve, top each oat cracker with a fig quarter, a drizzle of honey and a thyme leaf.
