Ingredients
- Ziplock bags or Mason Jar for storage
- 1 ½ cups Nuts of your choice (can be raw or roasted & lightly salted). We used Walnuts & Cashews.
- 1 cup Seeds of your choice (can be raw or roasted & lightly salted). We recommend pumpkin seeds, but you can also use sunflower seeds.
- 1 cup Dried Fruit of your choice. We used cherries and pineapple.
- 1-2 bags Walker's Mini Shortbread Rounds. We recommend 3-4 rounds to a ½ cup serving
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt (if using raw nuts and seeds)

Method

Combine all ingredients except Mini Shortbread Rounds in a large zip lock bag or mason jar. Can be stored up to a month.

When serving or packing, add 3-4 Mini Shortbread Rounds for each ½ cup of trail mix. We recommend keeping the shortbread separate from the mix until the day of usage for freshness.
