- 1/2 cup diced sweet peppers
- 1/2 cup diced hot peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1 container hummus (any flavor)
- Walkers Highland Oat Crackers
Heat olive oil in pan, adding peppers and sauteing until soft.
Spread a a spoonful of hummus on the oat cracker, then add a slice of cucumber, topping with the sauteed peppers.
