- 4 eggs
- 1 C maple syrup
- 6 T butter, melted
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 C pecans
- 1 box Walkers Shortbread Gluten Free Rounds
- 4 T butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a bowl, crush the shortbread then stir in butter.
Press the shortbread crust into a pie pan.
Meanwhile, mix the eggs, maple syrup, sugar, salt and 1/2 C crushed pecans.
Pour filling over the shortbread crust.
Top with remaining 1 C pecans.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
