- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup kahlua
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or whole milk
- 10 Walkers Chocolate Scottie Shortbread Cookies
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Whipped Cream, for topping
Place all ingredients (excluding the whipped cream) in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, and serve at once!
